Welcome to Bryn Cariad Farm! We decided to pursue our dream of owning a farm, and in 2020 we established Bryan Cariad Farm in Vermont. Adrian Watkins was born in Wales and has always had a love for farming and livestock. He worked as a shepherd in Scotland, gaining valuable experience in animal care and farm management.
Our delicious, sustainably-raised lamb is now available at the East Poultney General Store. Stop by and taste the difference. The East Poultney General Store is stocked with a range of organic and locally-sourced products, including meat, eggs, and maple syrup. You can also find unique gifts and souvenirs.
